1. How long are shipping times?

Canada - Your products will ship within one to five days of your order, and then it will take between 2-14 business days to reach your doorstep. 

Some of our products take one to five days to ship, and then up to 25 days to reach your doorstep.

United States - Your products will ship within one to five days of your order, and then it will take between 4-6 business days to reach your doorstep.

Some of our products take one to five days to ship, and then up to 25 days to reach your doorstep.

International - Your products will ship within one to five days of your order, and then it will take up to 25 days to reach your doorstep.

2. What's your return policy?

At this time, we do not accept returns on any of our products.  

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. 

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us and send us a picture of the item, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges on our products.
