How did you get into blogging/what's your backstory?
I was always into art and photography, so in high school I would always go on photo shoots with my friends for projects and sometimes I would need to style myself for the shoot. It naturally turned into visually documenting my outfits and personal style. Instagram was the medium I went with to archive my work and it grew from there.
What would you describe your aesthetic as?
Minimal street style with a flirty twist.
Where do you get your inspiration from?
Other amazing fashion bloggers! To name some: @josefinehj, @Mvb, @zaraynaf, @amandakhamkaew, and plenty more!
What's your favourite part about being an influencer?
Being able to inspire others and share fashion related content with people who value similar interests. The community has been a number 1 reason why I keep going because without them I wouldn't do what I do.
Has Covid impacted your content/your creativity?
Surprisingly, I actually grew a lot during covid! There wasn't much to do in quarantine but shoot by myself and engage with the fashion community. I think coming out of covid, I will struggle to find more time to dedicate towards content creation since I work full time in tech.
What advice would you give someone who's interested in becoming an influencer?
"Envision who you want to be and show up as her." I love my friend group but no one was really into fashion and lifestyle as much as I. Finding a community where I could just share my passion with has been so amazing and Instagram has been able to do that for me. I would definitely focus on your true intentions. I never had the intention of money, or clout, or anything like that. I genuinely just want to share products I love and inspire others to express themselves through their own personal style.
What does living simply & beautifully mean to you?
Living simply & beautifully to me means to influence with impact whatever you decide to do. Some people will never remember your name, what you wore, or how much you have, but they will always remember how you made them feel. And I think by just leaving a mark in this world by creating something that'll inspire others is simply the most beautiful thing a person can do.
